Layer Up
It's freezing. This morning, it was -5 when I scraped the thick, frosty layer of ice from my car windows before settling into my pre-heated seat. Lucky for me, I have my new Damart thermals!
Before you laugh at Granny Daydreamer with her thermals on, let me tell you a bit about them. They're a dusty shade of lilac and the top has pretty lace detailing around the neckline. They are a snug fit so there isn't any added bulk (I bulked up enough over Christmas!) and they look like a cosy pyjama top and leggings. Just the ticket for this sudden cold snap, either in the safety of your own home or beneath a chunky knit. Just the ticket if you were to go ski-ing anytime soon, too.

I don't know if it's my age, but sometimes, simple practicalities such as keeping cosy need to be considered: shivering while strutting along in the latest trends isn't a great look...
