TRENDS // PATTERN PEOPLE - Print + Color Inspirations and Design Submissions

Pattern People is a surface design studio founded by designers Claudia Brown and Jessie Whipple Vickery. Their studio provides a collection of thousands of ready-made print designs available for immediate use on apparel, paper products, beauty packaging, accessories, interiors and more.  They are also available for commissioned design and can develop to your project's specifications. Good news! We’ve got a new e-book in the works and would love to feature your designs! We are looking for repeat patterns that are unique and innovative, but also commercially viable.
If you’d like your work to be featured with a credit to you, please send submissions to submit@patternpeople.com.
File guidelines:
- Save files as 600 x 600 pixels, RGB color at 72 dpi in jpeg format
- Name your files as such: firstname_lastname_01.jpg. If submitting more than one design, numbers can go up from 01,ending as 02, 03 etc. The name should reflect how you’d like to be credited for your design. If you would like us to use your company name, then please name your file with your company name instead of your name.
- Please only submit artwork that is original and unique, and created by you.
Deadline:
June 24th
Seeking artwork in the following categories:
- Florals (Anything that features flowers predominantly)
- Geometrics (Hard or soft geos, plaids, stripes, opticals and so on)
- Animal Prints (Interesting takes on cheetah, tiger, feathers, etc.)
- Conversationals (Recognizable elements that are not flowers)
- Ethnics (Tribals, Tie Dyes, Influences from other cultures, etc.)
- Textures (Abstracts, camo style, paint layers, etc.)
