Plumo, a luxury fashion and lifestyle company which launched in 1997, is my new favourite shopping source. The website features fashion and jewellery as well as home furniture and decorations. The fashion is on-trend, but has personality rather than being mass produced, while the trinkets and interiors make for fantastic gifts as well as treats for your own home. The founders of Plumo travel extensively around the world to source products that are original in design and beautifully crafted, working with artisans, co-operatives from Africa to Asia and designers that have just come out of college. Pretty much any kind of creative people that make beautiful thingsthat will add character to any wardrobe or home.
