The Mint Velvet SS12 collection is delightfully interesting. The vast landscape that provides the backdrop for the campaign images seems full of character; the dry expanse of deserted land is powerful and in some ways intimidating, while the addition of the clothes makes for a story of adventure and, possibly, romance. As always with Mint Velvet, the new collection is of a neutral palette and so versatile that it will work with existing pieces in your wardrobe as well as for almost any occasion, whether you are wandering moodily in the desert or making your way to a good old British garden party.
